Public Entity Saba would like to remind all motorists to exercise caution and reduce speed when approaching road crews, warning signs, cones, or “Men at Work” areas across the island.
For the safety of workers and all road users, motorists are kindly asked to:
- Slow down when approaching work zones
- Use caution when workers are operating equipment such as leaf blowers or weed wackers, as they may not hear approaching vehicles
- Use your horn when necessary to safely alert workers to your presence
- Follow all warning signs and traffic instructions
- Remain alert for workers and equipment on or near the roadway
- Exercise patience and caution while passing road crews
