We wish to remind the public that animal health certificates must be requested from Public Entity Saba when traveling with your pet. This document certifies that your pet is healthy and meets travel or import/export requirements.
Health certificates cost $25 for the first animal, and $15 for each additional animal for the same trip. Payments can only be made at the Receivers Office in The Bottom.
Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations in order for a health certificate to be issued. Therefore, before making an appointment, please ensure that you have documentation of pets' vaccinations and their microchip. The payment receipt from Receivers must be provided prior to the time of the health certificate appointment.
To request a health certificate, you must first contact the government veterinarian at 416-5879 as early as possible before your trip to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available on Mondays from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. and on Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m.
