Starting Friday, all requests for water delivery will be made through the centralized distribution system. Residents will be able to order water by calling direct, calling through WhatsApp, or ordering online.
The centralized system will provide a clearer overview of requests, help identify households with more urgent water needs and allow available water and trucking capacity to be coordinated more effectively.
The times in which you can order water will be as follows:
- Calling Direct
- Call Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Calling through WhatsApp
- Call Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- Online ordering
- Available 24/7
Full instructions on how to order, including the phone number and the online ordering process, will be shared before the new system becomes active.
The cost of delivered water will remain the same at $40 per load, with a maximum of two loads per order. You will continue to pay the trucker directly at the time of delivery.
We understand the concern and frustration caused by the ongoing water situation. Work on both water production and distribution continues, and updates will be provided as the situation develops. We ask for your patience while final arrangements are being coordinated.
