The delegation includes Head of Sanitation Roxanne Simmons, and Nature and Environment Policy Plan (NEPP) Project Leader of the Policy and Project Bureau, Beth Chafin.
They are also joined on the trip by representatives from SEC, Mark Zagers and Peter Johnson. The delegation will be received by the Mayor of Bouillante and President of the Agglomeration: Thierry Abelli. They will tour the geothermal energy site and the "Caribbean Recycling" facility where waste is converted into a usable fuel material. Following this, they will meet with Dominique Biras, President of SYVADE, to carry forward conversations about regional waste collaboration.
