High level meetings include the first Physical Agenda Steering Group, discussions on the Saba Package, and the Black Rocks Harbor steering committee. Zagers also met with the new Director General of BZK, Barbara Wolfensberger.
Additional meetings will take place with several ministries, where topics such as connectivity, the cost of living, the Chamber of Commerce, economic development, and sustainability will be discussed. During the visit, the delegation will also meet with members of the Second Chamber to address many of the most pressing issues, with a focus on connectivity and the urgent need for a PSO to regulate ticket prices and scheduling.
Further discussions will cover the new coalition agreement and its impact on Saba. The delegation will return to Saba next week.
