We wish to inform the public of the recent complications at the water filling station, which have been addressed.
Last Thursday, there was a malfunction which caused the entire system to shut down. By Sunday morning, the system was reset and activated again.
Overuse of the system can cause an overload, with supply of the water not being replenished at the same rate it is being taken from the system. This causes delays with filling and requires additional time for the system to be able to fill other loads.
In tandem with this, we kindly ask truckers to please close the switchbox that operates the pump which loads water into the trucks (as seen in the photo). Leaving the switchbox open can cause the system to shut down. Therefore, it is essential that it remains closed to make sure that the system continues to be operational.
