We wish to inform the public that due to the strong winds and heavy rainfall last week, the net at the Johan Cruyff Field has fallen. Please be advised that the Public Health & Sports Department, in collaboration with the Infrastructure and Spatial Development Department, is actively working on implementing a permanent solution to address this ongoing issue.
Repairs are scheduled to commence during the week of October 13th to ensure a safe and long-lasting fix.
In the meantime, we kindly urge all users of the field to exercise caution and remain mindful of the neighboring homes while using the facility.
