The search for Mr. Lancelot Hassell continued this morning, August 11th, at 6:00 a.m.
A thorough search has been conducted on the trail he is suspected to have been on, with the assistance of the Coast Guard, Marines, drones, and specially trained dogs. This afternoon, a helicopter will also be deployed to aid in the search efforts.
In order to ensure the chopper can conduct its search as effectively as possible, we urgently ask everyone to remain off all trails entirely.
We know and understand that the community is extremely concerned for Mr. Hassell, and we will continue in efforts towards finding him. We are deploying all necessary resources, and we will continue doing everything that we can.
