This evening, the search for Mr. Lancelot Hassell continued with the deployment of drones and specially trained search dogs. As night fell, operations were temporarily paused and will resume at first light tomorrow in coordination with emergency services, the Marines, and the Coast Guard. Additional resources including boats, drones, and rescue dogs will also be deployed.
We remain steadfast in our commitment to taking every possible measure to locate Mr. Hassell.
Important Public Notice
To ensure the best possible conditions for our search dogs and equipment, we urgently request that members of the public avoid entering the trails before 8:00 a.m. tomorrow. Human scent and activity can significantly hinder the dogs’ ability to track effectively.
We are deeply grateful for the community’s concern and willingness to assist. At this stage, the most effective way to support the search is by staying off the trails until the operation is complete.
Further updates will be provided as the situation develops.
