Public Entity Saba would like to inform the public of the following:
To ensure the safe and orderly movement of participants, spectators, and vehicles during the J'ouvert celebration, the following parking and traffic guidelines will be in effect. All J'ouvert trailers must be parked at the Windwardside Large Parking lot no later than:

6:00 PM
Important Parking Information:
- No parking will be permitted on the lower right-hand side of the Windwardside Large Parking Lot to accommodate trailer parking.
J'ouvert trailers must park only in designated staging and parking areas as directed by event organizers.
Traffic Advisory:
Residents and motorists should expect increased trailer movement between The Bottom and Windwardside as trailers are transported to the designated parking area. Please drive with caution and allow extra travel time.
During the event:
- Follow all approved routes and traffic management plans.
- Obey all direction orders from police officers and event officials.
- Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible and plan for delays.
