Animal Feed Reimbursement Support
Public Entity Saba provides reimbursement support for animal husbandry related to local food production and food security.
In addition to the existing reimbursement for ABB and transportation costs, two temporary forms of support have been introduced following the prolonged drought.

What is reimbursed?
ABB and transportation costs associated with imported animal feed.
What is the process?
Complete the ABB and Transportation Reimbursement Form and submit the original receipt. Download the form here.
Where to submit your request?
Completed forms and original receipts can be submitted to:
Policy and Project Bureau or Randall Johnson at the Agriculture Department.
New temporary support: Hay
What is reimbursed?
100% of the purchase cost of hay
What is the Process?
Complete the Temporary Feed Support Reimbursement Form and submit the original receipt. Download the form here.
Where to submit your request?
Completed forms and original receipts can be submitted to:

New temporary support: Imported animal feed
What is reimbursed?
20% of the purchase cost of imported animal feed
What is the process?
Complete the Temporary Feed Support Reimbursement Form and submit the original receipt. Download the form here.
Where to submit your request?
Completed forms and original receipts can be submitted to:
Policy and Project Bureau or Randall Johnson at the Agriculture Department.
To request reimbursement:
- Complete the applicable reimbursement form in full.
- Bring the completed form and the original receipts and
- Submit them to either the Policy and Project Bureau or the Agriculture Department.
- The receipt will be scanned and the original returned to you.
Receipts may not be older than one month at the time the reimbursement request is submitted.
Original receipts are required. Scanned receipts can no longer be submitted by email. The original receipt must be presented when requesting reimbursement.
This requirement applies to both the existing ABB and transportation reimbursement and the temporary feed support.
