Spatial Development Programme Caribbean Netherlands

In July 2024, the national government published the Spatial Development Programme Caribbean Netherlands. It provides a summary of national spatial policy and forms a basis for the islands to develop their own spatial development plan.

Letter of Intent Housing and Spatial Planning Saba

The Letter of Intent was signed by Public Entity Saba, the Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, Own Your Own Home Foundation and Bazalt Wonen. These parties agreed to work together to build more affordable homes, bring island ordinances in order, create a viable social housing market and set up a fund to support self-built.
