The island of Saba proudly announces the return of its beloved Rum & Lobster Fest, taking place November 1–9, 2025. Now in its third edition, the festival returns under the vibrant theme “Savor the Sea, Sip the Spirit, Celebrate the Island”. This nine-day culinary and cultural celebration invites visitors and locals alike to indulge in Saba’s finest lobster creations, exquisite rum pairings made with Unspoiled Queen Liqueurs, and unforgettable island vibes. Throughout the week, participating restaurants will feature exclusive Lobster Specials, each dish showcasing Saba’s fresh seafood and distinctive culinary artistry.
Festival Highlights
· November 1 – Rum & Lobster Fest First Taste| Breadline Plaza
The festivities begin with a flavorful kickoff featuring signature rum delights, Unspoiled Queen Liqueurs tastings, and registration for the highly anticipated Rum & Lobster Crawl.
· November 2 – Cocktails & Crafts | The Studio, Juliana’s Hotel
Creativity meets flavor as guests design their own custom rum glass while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and bites.
· November 6 – Rum & Lobster Trivia Night | Colibri Café
A lively evening of fun, facts, and friendly competition—perfect for warming up before the weekend’s festivities.
· November 7 – The Rum & Lobster Crawl + After Party | Windwardside
The island’s most iconic event returns bigger, bolder, and more spirited than ever. The crawl begins at the Tourist Bureau in Windwardside, with stops at five participating restaurants with cocktails and bites, culminating in an After Party at Breadline Plaza/Hideaway featuring The One Band Man (St. Kitts) and DJ Noah.
· November 8 – Bizzy B 5K: Run First. Rum Later | SEC Parking Lot (6 AM)
A feel-good community run organized by Event 66, followed that evening by Rum, Lobster & live music at Amonhana, with performances by Percy Ranking, Bonfire Band (St. Maarten), DJ Zanderzone, and a special appearance by guest mixologist Paul Peterson, who will craft inventive rum cocktails inspired by Saba’s spirit.
· November 9 – Sunday Sundowner Rum & Lobster Night | Tropics Café
The festival concludes poolside with soulful live music from Natisha Hanson and guitarist Jovani Maccow (St. Maarten), alongside signature rum creations by Paul Peterson. This elegant finale celebrates island pride, flavor, and community spirit.
