We are excited to invite you to participate in Saba Day 2026, and with your support, we hope to make this year’s event a successful and memorable one for everyone involved. Below are the requirements and details for obtaining a booth:

Booth Requirements:

  • Cost: USD 200.00 for the weekend of December 5th & 6th. Payments must be made at the Receiver's Office before the first information session.
  • Food Handler's Permit: All booth workers must have a valid food handler's permit, which should be clearly visible inside the booth.
  • Booth Size: Booths must be of a 12x12 ft. wooden structure with a proper roof.
  • Operating Hours: Booths may open on Saturday, December 5th, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 2:00 AM, and on Sunday, December 6th, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 AM.
  • No Tents: Tents are not allowed as booths but may be used as extensions for shade or other purposes beside your booth.
  • Drink Containers: Only plastic cups are allowed for serving drinks—no bottles.

Special Competition:

A prize will be awarded to the booth with the best decoration, the most creative/unique name, and the one that best incorporates icons of Saba.

Application Deadline:

All booth applications are due by October 12th, 2026

You can apply online by filing out the application at Saba Day Booth Registration

You can also submit applications via email or handed to  sharmina.jones@sabagov.nl. Please note that there are a limited number of booths available (12 max), whereas after all applications have been entered, we would then have a draw bag for choosing who gets a booth.

We look forward to a positive working relationship with all booth holders this year. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your participation!
