We would like to remind you of the updated process for purchasing annual stickers and inform you of our designated service window hours during this peak period. Please review the following important information:

  1. Contact Information Update:
    • When purchasing annual stickers, please provide your updated contact details, including your email address and phone number, to help us maintain accurate records.
       
  2. Identification Requirements:
    • Driver’s License: Bring the driver’s license of the individual whose name appears on the insurance document.
    • Company Vehicles: For company-owned vehicles, the purchaser must present a valid form of identification.
    • License Plate and Insurance Document: Ensure that the license plate number on your vehicle matches the number on the insurance document.
       
  3. For Large Clients with Vehicle Fleets:
    • Large clients may bring in their documentation for preparation and then return to pick it up once finalized.
    • To arrange this process, please contact our office at 4163311.
       
  4. Service Window Hours:
    • Monday to Thursday:
      • Morning: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
      • Afternoon: 1:15 PM – 4:00 PM
    • Friday:
      • Morning: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
    • Note: Due to the high volume of clients during this peak period, please allocate sufficient time for your visit.
