On Friday November 15th, Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrix will visit Saba and tour certain locations, including the Saba Research Center, Queen Wilhelmina Park, The Spot and the Botanical Gardens, focusing on nature conservation and education, and youth recreation.
During the day, there may be moments of congestion on the main roads due to increased traffic throughout the island. Therefore, we urge the public to drive carefully as the roads will be busier.
Residents are also kindly asked not to hinder the flow of traffic during the visit, and pedestrians / onlookers should not gather in such a way that makes it difficult for motorists to get by. We advise the public to not stand in the roadway, to ensure the safety of others and themselves.
